"SmokeFREE" is a 6-session behavior management program designed to help participants quit smoking by providing them with the essential information and strategies needed to direct their own efforts at quitting. The program focuses on an active approach to quitting smoking. There are multiplelocations for this class. Southeastern Pennsylvania Tobacco Control Project (SEPA TCP) is devoted to combating tobacco use and improving the integration of tobacco control services in seven Southeastern Pennsylvania counties. SEPA TCP provides comprehensive tobacco prevention and treatment services as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s ongoing efforts to address tobacco use prevention and treatment, exposure to tobacco smoke pollution, and tobacco-related health disparities. The project serves residents of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, and Schuylkill Counties. Health Promotion Council (HPC) is the primary contractor for tobacco control services in Southeastern Pennsylvania. |

The Delaware County Holcomb Prevention department is located in Media, PA. Holcomb has been providing evidence-based prevention programs for youth and parents in Delaware County since 1997. |
